学位工作 is a web-based 学位审核 designed to assist students and advising staff with monitoring a student’s academic progress toward degree completion.

How is this 学位审核 different from a transcript?

The 学位工作 audit is an unofficial document. It is a tool that provides academic in为mation related to your degree progress and can help you plan your academic schedule.  Your 学位审核 is not your official academic transcript.
 

Can I register 为 classes in 学位工作?

No. 学位工作 is a snapshot of 课程s in-progress, planned, and in academic history. Registration will continue to be handled through Student 服务 Banner 9.
 

Who has access to 学位工作?

学位工作 is available to all freshman and transfer students. 顾问,教师, and selected staff will also have access 为 the purpose of supporting your progress through 你的学术生涯.

There could be several reasons. One is that 学位工作 may not have refreshed since a change was made (the in为mation is refreshed nightly).

Second, there could be some paperwork that still needs to be completed. 例如, if you have completed transfer 课程s, it is possible that the university has not received an official transcript or the 课程work is pending a departmental review. Check with an academic advisor and/or 世界十大博彩公司网站 帮助台 if your transcript or audit does not reflect transfer work you have completed.

You can create an active plan and keep it up-to-date, as university administrators can use this in为mation to determine the demand 为 various 课程s 每一项.

By a split screen, the Planner allows you to drag and drop 课程s from your audit into future semester blocks. You can also type 课程s directly into the planner boxes. You must enter the 课程 as it is labeled in the catalog (e.g.EN 1110,不是英语 1110).
No, the Planner is only intended 为 future classes, not classes which you’ve completed or in which you’re currently enrolled. You can use the Planner to map out as much or as little of your degree plan as you’d like.
